Vitamin A – is vital for healthy eyes against cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma and other age-related ocular diseases. It is essential for the lymphocytes, or white blood cell production, that fights bodily infection.

Vitamin B1 – (Thiamin) supplements may be useful for preventing and slowing the Alzheimer’s disease and supports memory and concentration.
